Return Policy

We encourage our customers to check out purchased material before pick up from warehouse. If for any reason customer chooses to cancel order before material is picked up, a full refund will be issued. If material has been picked up, there will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns. Minimum of two boxes will required for any refunds to be considered. Please call the customer service number (713-972-5413) first to receive a return authorization (RA#). Once an RA # is issued, then all returns must be taken back to the warehouse within 48 hours for refund. Return material will only be accepted in non open boxes. There will be no refunds or returns accepted on open boxes. No refunds are allowed on accessory items, trim, or transition moldings.
