Does eFloors2go have any showrooms or retail outlets?
Because of our convenient, shop-at-home service, we maintain one main showroom center located in Katy for those who would like to visit us. But we bring our Customized Vanroom to you. This keeps our costs low, and we pass those savings on to you!

How do I shop with eFloors2go? Is there any charge or obligation for a shop-at-home appointment?
eFloors2go offers a convenient shop-at-home service, at no cost and no obligation to you. We bring samples directly to your home, so you can see how they will look with your existing décor.

Do I need to call to confirm the time of installation?
No, it is not necessary for you to confirm a time for your installation. A friendly eFloors2go Customer Services Representative will call to confirm your installation appointment.

How can I schedule a free at home Sales Appointment?
You can schedule it here by selecting “Schedule a Free in Home Estimate” or you can contact us 832-715-5893 to schedule. Sales appointments are generally available between 9 am and 9 pm on weekdays and shorter hours on Saturday.

What if I have to re-schedule my Sales Appointment?
To re-schedule an appointment, please contact 832-715-5893 an associate will be available to assist you.

Why must all parties making the decision be present for the entire appointment?
Sales representative's cannot leave samples at your home. If there is more than one person required for a purchase decision, they would need to be present to view the samples at the time of the visit and discuss purchasing options.

What types of payments does eFloors2go accept?
Checks, Visa, and Mastercard.

Does eFloors2go offer financing? Can I apply for financing prior to Sales Appointment?
Yes, eFloors2go offers financing with “No Interest, No payment for one year” for qualified applicants, we cannot provide pre-approved financing prior to the Sales Appointment.

Do eFloors2go products carry a warranty?
Yes, all eFloors2go products are warranted, details for product warranty can be provided at time of an at home visit.

Does Empire Today dispose of my old product?
eFloors2go does does haul away old product; your sales representative can provide these details.

Does eFlors2go install on weekends?
eFloors2go can install on Saturdays and Sundays

When will my installer arrive at my home?
Installers can arrive at anytime between 9:00am and 11:00am.

Does eFllors2go move furniture?
Yes, we move basic furniture, but not extremely heavy objects (e.g., pianos, china cabinets, pool tables, floor model televisions, etc.)

Is there a product minimum or limit on purchases?
No, there is no minimum or limit for purchases.
